Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Iceland: 1–5 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ilariscandles@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution.

Lost Packages

ILARIS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us and we will assist you in locating it.
