Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase from ILARIS.

Handmade Products

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, shape, and appearance may occur. These variations are part of the unique character of each item and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ilariscandles@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A refund

Returns

If you wish to return an unused, unopened product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in their original packaging
  • Be in resalable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Products that have been used, burned, or altered
  • Gift cards

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
